North Island: Order by Mon 23rd December for delivery on Tues 24th Dec (Rural add 1-3 days)
South Island: Order by Thur 19th December for delivery on Mon 23rd or Tues 24th Dec (Rural may be too late already)
North Island Shipping
Orders made before 12pm will be processed for despatch the same day.
All orders are shipped on overnight service.
South Island Shipping
Orders made before 12pm will be processed for despatch the same day.
Smaller orders (under 2kg) are shipped on overnight service
Bulky or larger orders are shipped on economy service (2-3 day service)
Rural Delivery
Rural deliveries take from 1 to 3 days longer than standard North Is. or South Is. service.
Products Unavailable or Delayed
It’s always possible that inventory or supplier issues can cause problems or delay and order – please always supply a phone number so that we can call if there are any questions. Usually we can substitute another product or advise you of any ETA on the product.
