Lentils readily absorb the flavours of the ingredients they are cooked with, making them super versatile. They’re great in both hot and cold dishes, including hearty meals, soups and salads.
TO COOK: Rinse. Add 1 cup of lentils to 4 cups boiling water. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until tender.
