Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

Returnable items  can be returned at your cost to Gofood/LolliesNZ, 113 Manchester Street, Feilding – if the item is in resellable condition we will refund your purchase price, excluding shipping cost.

FOOD items are NOT returnable

 

REFUNDS

You are entitled to a refund if we supply the incorrect, faulty or damaged product – each case will be assessed individually.  We may require the product to be returned at our cost.

 

PERISHABLE ITEMS

Some items are particularly sensitive to heat damage – Chocolate is a prime example. Product that is damaged by heat, and especially chocolate, is shipped at your risk. Heat damaged product is not considered faulty or damaged, unless it can be demonstrated that the damage occurred before leaving our warehouse.
